Morocco #5: On the road among the vast desert and the broad expanse of the ocean

From Sidi Ifni we passed Goulmime, the former gate to the Sahara at the foothills of the Anti Atlas. The following road to the City of Tantan offered some fabulous views of the rough "Hammada", a rocky, dry and barren type of desert.

Morocco #4: Frist swell, first waves

An obscure sahara breeze formed the waves and produced a massive and nasty current. Surf was critical most of the time during the first days!

Morocco #3: Setting off to Sidi Ifni

The quite remote town of Sidi Ifni  has it's very own atmosphere. Spanish architecture dominates the townscape and  forms a charming contrast to the other cities down the saharan coast.

Moving to London

We didn't bring too much impedimenta to our new headquarter - located in London / UK. But we figured what we really need: Sketchbooks, laptops, cameras, some brushes and pencils. "Home is where yo park it!"

And we are parking in London!

Morocco #2: The journey begins

We picked up our local buddy Ahmed in Imsouane and went southwards to his hometown Biougra in the Souss-Massa-Drâa region. For three days we enjoyed the tremendous hospitality of his family. Thanks for this great time!

Morocco #1: Hitting Marrakech

"Entre neige et désert, Atlas et Sahara, Marrakech l'oasis dresse ses murs de terre rouge."

After enjoying some moroccan culture in "The Red City", doing some research and organisation while getting used to bargain again, we now head to the shore to find some empty, flawless waves and some nice footage.
